Quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary if site conditions, scope or materials change after the quote is issued. Any variations will be discussed and agreed before additional work commences.

Service availability, scheduling and response times depend on workload, location and weather conditions. While we make every effort to attend bookings promptly, no specific attendance time is guaranteed unless agreed in writing.

All work is completed to current New Zealand electrical and building standards. Workmanship warranties are provided in line with industry best practice. Manufacturer warranties on supplied equipment are passed through to the customer.

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, Olivier Electrical & HVAC Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our services. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable law.
